Please join us in the NYUAD Art Gallery for the opening reception of our Fall exhibition Ala Younis: Past of a Temporal Universe, on Tuesday, September 23rd at 6 PM.

This mid-career retrospective of Ala Younis at the NYU Abu Dhabi Art Gallery, marks her first institutional survey in the region. Younis' archival installations, textiles, murals, mosaics, and drawings span the last two decades of Ala Younis’ hybrid practice as an artist-researcher-curator. The exhibition will also debut a series of new commissions alongside iterations of her major past projects.

Ala Younis: Past of a Temporal Universe will be on view in the NYUAD Art Gallery September 23, 2025 through January 18, 2026.
