Dokha tobacco use is very common throughout the Gulf region, and appears to be emerging in other parts of the world. While the risks of use of other forms of tobacco are documented, very little is known about dokha. This workshop brings together international dokha researchers as well as leading waterpipe researchers to synthesize current research knowledge, to identify future research needs and to initiate international collaborative projects.
