Under the Patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Shamsa bint Hamdan Al Nahyan, The Christo and Jeanne-Claude Award, presented by New York University Abu Dhabi and in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation (ADMAF) has been established to nurture artistic talent in the United Arab Emirates. It is an annual award produced in collaboration with The NYUAD Art Gallery.

The Institute welcomes proposals for conferences, workshops, and regional collaborative seminars in all fields of study that have thematic relevance to NYUAD’s curriculum and areas of research.

The Art Center, Institute, and The Art Gallery provide a plethora of resources to the community for educational and enrichment purposes. Videos, publications, podcasts, and guides are published to be used as educational resources for the community.
